ABOUT

Mathematician - Engineer - Analyst - Programmer - I wear a lot of hats!

After my BS in Mathematics from Miranda House, DU, India, I became much more passionate about the number subject which encouraged me to go for a MS program in Applied Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi. I then realized the nature of mathematics to be worn as a hat by multiple disciplines and fields of research. It helped me in understanding my passion to solve complex problems by looking for the solutions from multiple perspectives. The field of Engineering seemed really intriguing to me and almost 3.5 years ago I decided to research on one such engineering problem through my doctoral research. Now, I graduated my doctoral course (DEng) at Tokyo Institute of Technology (TiTech) and I am really grateful to the decision I made. Currently, I am working as a postdoctoral researcher at TiTech.

In future, I look forward to working in a high-growth tech firm where I can build a career that enhances my experience and expertise. My interest lies in solving pressing engineering problems while also leveraging machine learning to continuously turn data into action and create new businesses, transform finance, and explore a world of opportunity at market speed. I feel positive about my intuitive skills which, with my creativity, helps me configure innovative ideas. I exercise strong communication skills and my endeavor is to work for technological innovative solutions that will shape the sustainability agenda.
